The creative hub is Kinarmonik's creative hub. It is the beating heart of a monthly program of activities that combines masterclasses, workshops, and video screenings, offering musicians a space for reflection and experimentation.

The center provides a rehearsal space managed by Tychick SULUTEMO, musical instruments and a springboard with a small stage for live performances, allowing each artist to realize their projects.

At the heart of this space, the musical creation workshop led by Eric Malu-Malu stands out for its personalized approach, offering expert support for each artistic project.

Kinarmonik's creative hub is more than a workplace; it's a place for meeting and innovation, where each creation is supported and each artist is encouraged to explore and assert themselves in a stimulating environment.

CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

To complement the musical training, Kinarmonik offers a monthly and varied program of activities, completely free, designed to enrich the learning of young musicians. This program includes masterclasses, workshops, and video screenings, but also days dedicated to the expression of the guitar, rhythmic days for drummers, as well as jam sessions. Among these sessions, we find in particular the Kinagirl, specially dedicated to girls, and freestyle rap battles that encourage creativity and improvisation.

These free activities offer students a complete musical experience, allowing them to explore different aspects of their instrumental practice, while strengthening their technique and artistic expression in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Twice a year, the center offers the "Spotlight on" cycle, a Congolese artist or group that has contributed to broadening the

THE JAMKIN

Since 2018, many musicians have come to play with the young people, but the special JamKin Jupiter&Okwess group from Kinshasa who play on the biggest stages in the world, they still talk about it!

A great moment of sharing where the young musicians from the Tychick center, Matthias (guitars) Jephté (drummer) and Leah (bass) defended themselves well, making their teachers Eric (guitar) and Toussaint (bass) proud.

 BATTLE FREESTYLE RAP

In 2023, Kinarmonik is organizing the first freestyle rap battle. Urban music being underrepresented in the DRC, rappers have no stage to express themselves and lack visibility. The first one took place in February and around twenty young rappers came from all over Kinshasa.
